Effective date: 21 August 2026
Core Commercial Rule
For ordinary paid digital purchases, CliniVerba offers a voluntary refund window of 7 calendar days from the initial successful payment. After the 7th calendar day, the purchase is non-refundable except where applicable law requires a refund, cancellation right or other remedy.
1. Scope
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid digital courses, practice materials, mock tests, learning memberships and other digital products purchased directly from CliniVerba.com unless a product page expressly states a different policy before payment.
2. Seven-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the timestamp of your initial successful payment. The request must reach us before that 7-day period expires.
If approved, the refund will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method. Payment processors and banks control the time required for the credit to appear after we issue it.
3. How to Request a Refund
Send the request to support@cliniverba.com from the email address used for the account and include: your full name, registered email address, order/transaction ID, product purchased, purchase date and a clear request for refund.
We may request reasonable information necessary to verify the purchaser, prevent fraud and identify the transaction.
4. No Refunds After Seven Days
After the 7-calendar-day refund window has expired, payments are final and CliniVerba does not provide refunds for change of mind, failure to study, lack of time, exam rescheduling, exam failure, dissatisfaction with a result, change in career plans, duplicate learning resources already owned, or failure to use the purchased product.
This “no refund after 7 days” rule is subject to rights and remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
5. Fraud, Abuse and Account Misuse
CliniVerba may reject a voluntary refund request where there is credible evidence of fraud, stolen payment credentials, account sharing/resale, systematic copying or extraction of paid content, abuse of promotional offers, or other material violation of the Terms. This does not limit any non-waivable statutory right.
6. Immediate Digital Access and Statutory Withdrawal Rights
CliniVerba normally provides digital access immediately after payment. In jurisdictions where a consumer otherwise has a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal period for digital content or services, the checkout flow may request the consumer’s express consent to immediate performance and acknowledgement that beginning digital delivery can reduce or end that statutory withdrawal right to the extent permitted by applicable law.
CliniVerba’s voluntary 7-day refund window remains available according to this Policy even where a statutory withdrawal right has validly ended, unless the request is excluded for fraud or abuse as described above.
7. Faulty, Misdescribed or Unavailable Digital Content
Nothing in this Policy removes remedies that applicable consumer law provides for digital content or services that are defective, materially misdescribed, not supplied, or otherwise fail mandatory legal standards. If you believe this applies, contact support@cliniverba.com with details of the problem.
8. Subscriptions and Renewals, If Offered
If a product renews automatically, you can cancel future renewals through the method displayed in your account or by contacting support before the next renewal is processed. A cancellation stops future billing but does not normally refund a renewal charge already processed, except where required by law or where the checkout terms expressly provide otherwise.
9. Access After Refund
Once a refund is issued, access to the refunded product may be terminated immediately and any associated licence to use the paid content ends.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge is unauthorised or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can investigate. If a bank or payment-provider dispute is opened, access related to the disputed purchase may be temporarily suspended while the dispute is reviewed. We will not use this clause to interfere with any lawful right to dispute a genuinely unauthorised transaction.
